This plat map of the Hermanson Subdivision dated March 1st 1926 was re-platted in April of 1926 to the become the addition to the Booker T. Washington Subdivision.  Robert Starks, prominent resident of the Booker T. Washington Community, owned lot 15 block C located along Robert Avenue, possibly named for him.
