"Spot" Veal's Grocery Store in Elfers, 1945.  This small country store was owned and operated by Robert Gascar "Spot" Veal and served the Elfers Community for many years.  Many of the local children would go to Veal's Grocery where they could purchase 1¢ and 5¢ candies that "Spot" had in the back of the store..
